From 10th June 2022, Ulster Bank ceased accepting new mortgage applications from customers whose mortgage is due to transfer to Permanent TSB.
Existing Offset customers and customers whose mortgage is due to transfer to AIB, can continue to apply for a mortgage loan offer to move property or a Top Up Mortgage until further notice.
